Hi im Ebi, i am having a little difficulty creating a calibration curve, i have a range of seven (7) sample figures showing concentration and instrument response and i have a sample of known instrument response; how do i find the concentration of this sample using calibration curve.

i have tried excel and someething is just off. thanx for your quick response
