Hi all...or anyone.
I am thinking about a move later in life. I will be in my mid 60s when I move. What does Delaware have for me? Would living on the coast be VERY expensive? I saw that AARP says Rehoboth Beach has only 99 days of sun a year. Would that be right? And the coastal areas don't get too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter...would you concur? I want to avoid great heat and great cold. I could live out my life without the problems of snow, believe me. Any help or ideas? I know there is no state tax and that sounds good. Think there will be in the next 5-7 years? Thanks to all who reply. JD
