Hypocrisy at play!
Helen Zille's transformation from a stern, clean-cut and conservative political leader to a dancing,jibing left leaning Liberal is one of the most amusing things i have ever witnessed.
I feel her strategy in attempting to gain support from Africans and Coloured's has been one of the most contrived and insulting thing ever witnessed in SA. People might respect her for attempting such strategies, it just does not make sense to me that a person can hop-skip and jump (literally) from being a conservative to using struggle gestures and sayings to gain support.
Recently Helen Zille paid reference to Chris Hani, the slain SACP leader. Also re-invoking speeches form Mandela. One has to ask the question - does Helen make use of these gestures and antics in white areas? Does she dance and sing when canvassing in Sandton or Clifton? I think not!!
How is that a political leader can simply change faces depending on the area of focus, how two faced can you be!
