Ozonolysis

Nitrile69
Does the ozonolysis of nitrile rubber (gloves in particualr) in any way shape or form create of give off sulfur (sulfur dioxide, sulfites, sulfates, any sulfur anything)? I work for a semiconductor manuf company, we have found sulfur in our 'clean' air, and it is causing the formation of ammonium sulfite (to us known as time delay haze, which doesn't appear until our customers open the box). Our process uses ozone chambers for oxidation of product. We recently started using nitrile gloves in our clean rooms. Perhaps it's coincidence, but frankly, we are running out of ideas. This issue has the potential to lead to layoffs and eventually much worse.
I appreciate any and all input, no matter how out there. Doc's, links, diagrams, etc would be extremely helpful. If sulfur is a product at all, I can use that media to explain to the engineers how and why.
