Dallas county deputy sheriff bob alcorn stated at the time of their deaths, he had knowledge of bonnie having 2 indictments for murder against her. however, none has ever been found. the only crime she was officially charged with was, helping clyde transport stolen autos over state lines.

Never said she killed or robbed anyone. i think that fact has been established. she was however known to have participated in several gunfights. joplin, Mo. lucerne, In, okabena, Mn, and commerce, Ok. she never was charged for any of these crimes however. this info comes from news reports from the Indiana and minnesota gunfights, jim hounshel of the joplin, Mo P.D. and the commerce shooting from the FBI files.

I have never seen any copys of warrants or indictments.all i have is copys of two diffrent wanted posters.
they are for both bonnie and clyde.
one is for vehicle theft, assault and murder.
the other is for "robbery, murder and other acts against the peace and dignity of the u.s."
but,i would love to find a copy of warrant's or other documents.
i have copys of their death certificates, finger print cards from previouse arests, even bonnies post mortem finger print card.but after 7 years of searching i still cant find warrents or simmalar documents.
in my oppinion, there never were any.

Bonnie Parker crossed an ominous personal threshold the following week when on November 28,1934 a Dallas grand jury delivered a murder indictment on her and Barrow for the January 1933 killing of Tarrant County Deputy Malcolm Davis; it was the first murder warrant issued for Parker.

I know about the reports, the bad thing about that is those are police reports, the police were wrong {like usual} the law back then were more criminal than the actual criminals, it would be very hard for a woman that could barely walk because of the Wellington crash to be involved in any gun battles, John Dillingers father said they blamed Johnny for 3 different robberies in 3 different parts of the country at the same time, so.... as you can see, the law just liked to pin things on them weather they did it or not, look at Hoover for instance, this man should have been sent to prison for the illegal files he kept on folks and the way he obtained the information, sorry....just because the law said it happened does not mean it did !

Thank you muddboss!!!
the most bonnie ever did was reload for clyde and the other guys, and help dress their wounds a couple of times.
everytime a man and woman comitted a crime in the us they blamed it on them, even right after the crash when she was near death!

This warrant was issued from a grand jury there had to be some inormation or something to go on? I would be interested in reading the grand jury report. Also to add to this both Bonnie and Clyde were armed at the time of their death hardly a sign of innocence.

Understood.but,in all the reaserch i have done not once have i found any statements, proof or documentation that bonnie activly participated in any of the shoot outs or murders.if you have any refrences to this i could look at other than the grand jury indictment, please let me know.i would like to see them.
what im getting at,is what evidence did the grand jury base the indictment on?
as far as them being armed at the time of their deaths, yes that has been well documented.however, being armed is not evidence of murder.
i am not a lawenforcement officer, but i am armed every where i go.at the same time,i am not a murderer!

I came across the information on the grand jury indictment, and like you I am trying to locate a copy of what they used to and for the indictment. I am going to order the Dallas fbi field files to see if that information is in there. My next source would be the fbi files available. I have a couple other options to try and locate this information. Right now we agree to disagree thats all, you have your opinion and I have mine. I feel Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were both just as guilty.Icemann

agreed.
please dont take my stand on this as trying to say bonnie is a total innocent caught up in this,i know thats not true.she knew what she had gotten herself into, and it was her decision to stay in.
i just need to see what her indictment was based on,as i have never seen anything linking her to those activitys.

,Bonnie Parker was Guilty By Association,In the Crimes that were committed by Mr. Barrow and his accomplice's at that time, That is all the evidence the Texas Department of Public Safety needed to carry out the order to "take it to the limit".You don't Mess With Texas.

,Bonnie Parker was Guilty By Association,In the Crimes that were committed by Mr. Barrow and his accomplice's at that time,
After much research one thing I did come up with, Texas law at that time being a habitual criminal was punishable by death. That was the justification for Mr.Frank Hamer and company to execute Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow.
