As I understand it, the only Mies van de Rohe homes constructed in the U were as follows:
-Farnsworth House, Plano, IL, 1946-1951
-Robert H. McCormick House, Elmhurst, IL, 1951-1952
-Morris Greenwald House, Weston, CT, 1955-1963
The photo at http://www.life.com/image/92924980 (Life/Getty) shows a "living room of house designed by Mies van der Rohe". The credit indicates that the photo was taken in the US, circa 1956. However, it does not appear to be taken at either of the above noted houses.
Can anyone identify the location where it is taken?
