1.How long does it live outside a host?
2.How would a human be infected with this without any type of procedure or inlet for the bacteria?
3. If left untreated, what is the prognosis??
4. In the end-stage or "classic-stage" after having the weight loss, debilitation, loss of muscles, impaired swallowing, etc (year long without dx) and starting IV PCN,
can this result in cardiac arrest due to all the comorbidities that have been secondary to this taking over a human's body?
5. What can be done for the wooden like mass in the chest cavity, can it be surgically removed safely?? Will it reoccur??
