On September 1, 2011 television tapings, Aksana lost the FCW Divas Championship to Audrey Marie.

riding contest, before defeating Maxine in a match. The following week, Goldust proposed marriage to Aksana so she could stay in the United States, which she accepted. On the November 2, 2010 edition of NXT, Goldust and Aksana's wedding took place. As Goldust was about to plant a kiss on his new wife, Aksana slapped him and walked off, turning heel in the process.
The following Monday on Raw Aksana stole Goldust's Million Dollar Championship
, which he had stolen from Ted DiBiase
. The next night on NXT, Goldust confronted his wife about their wedding. Aksana, now holding the Million Dollar Championship, revealed to Goldust that she never loved him, and only married him to stay in the country as if she returned to Lithuania she'd be beaten with shovels. Goldust responded by putting Aksana in a match with Naomi, in which she lost. The following week on Raw, Goldust took back the Million Dollar Championship from Aksana with help from Kelly Kelly and Dusty Rhodes
, and gave it back to Ted DiBiase, Sr.
The next night on the November 16, 2010 episode of NXT, Aksana was eliminated from the competition. She returned on the season finale on November 30, 2010 where she teamed with Alicia Fox and Maxine in a loss to A.J. and The Bella Twins

in a backstage segment. With her main roster debut came a new look as well; Aksana had now dyed her hair black and wore it straight with bangs. She also now appeared in black outfits to match her new hairstyle. Aksana attempted to flirt with Long in her initial appearance, and said that she couldn't wait to have "business" with him. The sexual innuendos would continue backstage for the next two weeks, where Aksana would repeatedly play on the irony of Teddy Long's last name (Long), told him she knew how to "ride stick shift" when he told her about his car, and asked him if he would like to see her "with twenty men" when referring to a main-event battle royal. On all three occasions, a nervous Long rejected her advances. On the August 22nd, 2011 edition of Raw

Four days later on SmackDown!, Aksana had another backstage segment, where she invited the WWE Universe to "turn her on" to the following Tuesday's live edition of SmackDown!, continuing the sexual innuendos of the previous weeks. On the August 30th, 2011 edition of SmackDown, Aksana served as the guest ring announcer for a Divas Tag Team Match between The Divas of Doom (Beth Phoenix
and Natalya) and Alicia Fox and Kelly Kelly.
The following week, Aksana asked Theodore Long if she could be the special guest ring announcer for the Divas match again. Long told her that if she were to be the ring announcer every week, it wouldn't be special. Aksana replied that ring announcing isn't the only special thing she could do with her mouth, before quickly adding that she could also sing. She also told Long that the two of them could make beautiful music together. Looking to change the subject, Teddy Long said he needed to check on an injured Zack Ryder
. On the September 16th, 2011 edition of SmackDown!, Aksana asked Teddy Long if she could give him a massage, which he agreed to. As Aksana began to massage Long's lower back, the pair ended up in an awkward sexual position and were discovered by Trish Stratus
. On the September 23rd, 2011 edition of SmackDown!, Aksana appeared alongside the entire SmackDown roster during the opening segment involving John Laurinaitis

On the October 28th, 2011 edition of SmackDown!, Aksana appeared backstage with Theodore Long for the first time in over a month, this time interrupting his conversation with Hornswoggle. Aksana and Teddy Long both said that they had missed each other, and Long suggested they go back to his office to talk. On the October 31st, 2011 edition of Raw, Aksana competed in her first match on the main roster, which was a Divas Halloween Costume battle royal match to become the number one contender for the WWE Divas Championship

Later that night, Aksana asked Theodore Long what was the point of being under the mistletoe. When Long leaned in for a kiss, Aksana mistakenly ate a piece of the mistletoe instead, remarking that it "tickled her tonsils".
