This college started functioning in 1992 when some abandon buildings of Rice Research Institute Dokri were renovated and handed over to the authorities of Sindh Agriculture University for the purpose of running college. Afterwards, college was shifted to a newly constructed campus near Mihrabpur, Taluka Bakrani in 1997.
