Future expansion


Plans for the second phase of Wynn Macau were announced in 2005. Wynn Macau intends to open approximately of additional gaming space at Wynn Macau in the third quarter of 2007, which will include approximately 385 table games and 1200 slot machines, along with an additional restaurant. The remaining portion of the expansion will be opened subsequently. Once complete, the expansion is expected to add casino space, fine dining and gourmet restaurants, retail space, a theater and a dramatic front feature attraction.

Wynn Resorts has also submitted an application to the Macau government for a land concession for an additional of land on the Cotai Strip
