2009 / 2010 Festival

It is not clear when the third festival took place. There was a website for a festival in 2009
which has disappeared. But according to pictures on the facebook site for the 2009 festival, this festival really took place. According to these informations, the 2010 festival was already the 4th. The new site does not have any year in its URL, and does not mention the 2009 festival.

In President Wade's 2009 address at the UN, he said "I call all Africans, all the sons and daughters of the Diaspora, all my fellow citizens, all the partners that are ready to walk by our side, all States, all international organizations, foundations, firms, etc. for a shining success for this Festival, and for the rise of a new Africa."
The 2009 festival will welcome artists from 80 countries.
