Visible
Visible is a not-for-profit, free, quarterly magazine dedicated to giving
LGBT history more visibility. The first of its kind, it aims to reveal the full diversity and richness of the LGBT community?s history.
The emphasis is put on good design,
accessibility and inclusiveness. Both the magazine and the website are designed to go further than current accessibility and diversity guidelines.
The content of
Visible is available freely for reuse for non commercial purposes subject to agreement, and on condition that the copyright holders are given credit.
The production costs are met through advertising and all profits derived from this are donated to for the organisation and promotion of events.

With a circulation of 75,000 copies for the first issue,
Visible is distributed nationally to
LGBT associations and support groups, libraries and official bodies .

graphic designer and typographer specialising in accessibility and diversity in design. He is a founding partner of the design consultancy . He is a member of the steering committee of the as artistic director. He is a keen cyclist.
Nicolas Chinardet, Editor.Nicolas was born and bred in
France. He moved to
London in 2000. He has been a member of the since 2002 and is currently one of its directors and trustees . He is a founding member and the moderator of the . He is co-chair of the . He loves books and literature.
