History



During its first season, in 1997, the team was known as the Vermont Wanderers. The Voltage are currently on hiatus from the PDL. Their home stadium, Collins-Perley Sports Complex, is currently undergoing major renovations, and the team was unable to secure a suitable venue in time to take part on the PDL in 2009, but intend to return in future. The club also had a sister organization, Vermont Lady Voltage
