Bike Registration

The City of Lafayette maintains that every bike in the city must be registered. The ULPD provides bike tags free of charge to ULL students and faculty.

Operation Safeguard

The ULPD encourages all ULL students, faculty and staff to participate in Operation Safeguard. This program involves making a record of the make, model, description, and serial number of valuable items. This helps in the recovery and return of stolen goods. The ULPD will file a copy of your records.
