right from the beginning in 1964. He becam manager in 1981.
He functioned as manager 4 times from 1981 to 2008.
Tom Køhlert spent most of his career being coach for Brøndbys youth team, in the Danish second division east. He was known to be extremely loyal towards the club and he spent, with a few exceptions, all of his football career in Brøndby IF. Today, he works as a scout.
