Tiger Lily is a girl of apparently Chinese
heritage who appears intermittently in the Rupert Bear
comics, and in about five episodes of the animated television series Rupert
from 1991 to 1997. She is Rupert's only recurring female friend. In the comics, her father is referred to as the Conjuror. In both the comics and the TV series, she demonstrates a degree of magical knowledge, as when she uses her father's tools and materials to conjure a magical cloud as transportation for herself and Rupert.
