    , although Bloodstain is only a bonus track. The band originally chose not to release Bloodstain because it had been on every EP they had released thus far. This would also have made the EP a sampler for the new album.
  • Bloodstain originally appeared on their Peace, Sex & Tea EP, although this version is a re-recording. The song also appeared as a live version on their Pessimist EP.
  • Stay Up and Bloodstain had been recorded back in 2003, as rough versions when Tatiana started off TAT.
  • The name of the EP "This is...TAT", was named after "This is...Spinal Tap".
