Cues omitted from the album

Several cues were not included on the album. These include:
  • "The Trainman Goeth" - the cue that scores the Trainman's arrival at Mobil Avenue.
  • "The First Goodbye" - the cue that scores the last conversation between Sati and the Oracle before Sati and Seraph are found by Smith.
  • "The All-Knowing Oracle" - this cue underscores the conversation between the Oracle and Smith.
  • "The Bane Revelation" - scored the scene where Bane confronts Neo and Trinity.
  • "The Smith Within Us" - this track was used to score the Neo/Bane fight.
  • "Deus Ex Machina" - the cue that scores Neo's conversation with Deus Ex Machina.
  • "Why, Mr Anderson?" - although included on the album, it was cut down and merged with "Spirit of the Universe".
  • "Spirit of the Universe" - the album version of Spirit of the Universe is actually a combination of two cues - "Bridge of Immortality" and "For Neo". The opening to "Bridge of Immortality" has been removed.
