The Legends at Village West is still an ongoing project as there are more developments in the planning stage. A $705 million [[Hard Rock Hotel and Casino]] was planned but the casino pulled out of consideration. The shopping center offers more than 110 retail/restaurant outlets including [[Dave & Busters]]. The Legends theme is interwoven throughout the facility, offering information about Kansas’ history, heritage and environment.
