), Mark Roustabout (The Roustabouts), and Chad Cox were all in different punk bands before forming The Force in May 1995. Between 1996 and 1998, The Force released a 7", a 10"/CD and a split 7" as well as a number of songs on compilations. The Force split up in September, 1998. Since then, members of The Force have gone on to form or join several notable bands.
