Best of Top of the Pops '84 is a popular music album recorded by unaccredited session musicians and singers, and released by Pickwick International on the Hallmark label.

Its contents consist of 12 tracks which had been big UK hits in 1984. Due to its title and artwork, the album constitutes a revival of Hallmark's Top of the Pops LP series, which had run from 1968 until 1982. The original series consisted of 91 albums with and end-of-year review album each year between 1969 and 1981.
