. Although most of the earlier episodes in the series were based on the book series, later episodes were not based on any of the books.

Sypnosis

The series follows the everyday lives of the Bear Family in a newer version of the 1985 series; which involves Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Sister Bear, and Brother Bear. Little Lady, the puppy, becomes a member of the family later in the series. The earlier episodes are simply based on the books, and many of the later episodes are not based on the books at all. The Berenstain Bears basically aimes to teach children life lessons.
