Tania Brüchmann was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
on June 9 Th. 1975. Daughter of a German immigrant Hans Georg Brüchmann and a Honduran mother. She is the Youngest of two girls.
Tania first came into recognition in the early 90s when she was chosen to represent Honduras in the Miss Teen Panamericana held in the Dominican Republic, then in 1992 she represented Honduras in the Miss Hispanidad held in Miami,Florida and finally in 1993 she represented Honduras in the Miss World

Tania was also given the honor to address the United Nations
