  • Midtre Sølen, 1755 m (5,758 ft)
  • Søre Sølen, 1688 m (5,538 ft)


The three peaks and their saddles make the mountain distinct from a long distance.

The name

The name is maybe derived from the Norse word sǫlr 'sallow, wan' - or the form of the mountain was compared with a saddle
