Characteristics

Licuri palms have a sparse amount of evergreen leaves and branches that can sometimes resemble that of a weeping willow. Adult trees can reach heights of 20–30 ft (6-9m) or more. The blooms are bright yellow, and the plants bear fruit for most of the year.

Hardiness

The plants are drought-hardy, and cold-tolerant to 25°F (-3.8°C). They are known to be hardy in the U.S. states of California and Florida.
