Stambanan genom övre Norrland, "the mainline through upper Norrland" is a railway line in northern Sweden between Bräcke, Jämtland County and Boden, Norrbotten County. It is 626 km long. It was built between 1883-1894.
It has heavy freight traffic, so much that a new parallel railway (Sundsvall-Umeå, Botniabanan) is being built, and that a new railway Umeå-Luleå is considered. The railway also has two passenger night trains per night and direction, and between Umeå and Luleå one day train per direction.
