. This club was formed from the infamous Banda Ta' Indri or the first organised band in the country.

The origins of this club and the De Rohan Band Club are both quoted to be Indri's Band. This is due to both clubs being one and the same and splitting into the two current factions.

The third Club in Żebbuġ, namely the 12th May Band and Social Club, also originated from the St. Philip's Band Club after an argument between the committee members in the 1960's caused some of them to open a new club.

All three clubs play during the respective village festas as well as in various other localities around the Maltese Islands.
