 inspection in March 2000 found that the school was "a caring community in which the children are encouraged to develop their full potential". The children were well behaved and courteous and the school is an attractive and interesting place for learning. Good links have been established with two other primary schools through participation in education for mutual understanding activities. The teachers are hardworking and conscientious. The inspection identified many good features and "confirms, in large measure, the confidence of the parents in the work of the school".
