The history
The school dates back for over a half a century. There used to be huts where students would be taught and the outside toilets' outlines can still be seen on the walls. It was back then called St Margaret, before Queen Margaret Academy was built. It was then burnt down but then rebuilt into St. John's Primary. It was burnt down again. It was then rebuilt again but into the modern school that it is today.Structure
St. John's is built as an open plan school. It has the infant wing and the upper wing. It has a gym which is multi purposed. Teaching areas are connected by doors and corridors. One library. The music and Drama room, Recently changed from the GP room. Open areas. Medical Suite. Admin. areas, staff rooms and offices.Subjects
