Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs (Serbian: M??????????? ?????????? ???????, Ministarstvo Unutrašnjih Poslova) is the main arm of the law in Serbia. As the Serbian Police it deals with internal security of the Republic of Serbia and the apprehension of dangerous criminals. It has numerous municipal branches throughout Serbia and before 1991, all of Former Yugoslavia. In it has several different branches which operate as a whole throughout the country such as Aviation, Counter-Terrorism, Anti-Corruption, Narcotics, and Disaster Response units.

Municipalities of Operations Jurisdictions are limited to the following
SBPOK
Organized Crime Directorate (SBPOK). It was a stable structure out of the police service (Public Security Sector) that reported directly to him, as the only operational police unit reporting directly at the political level. The intention was to recruit some of the best and most experienced Serbian investigators to SBPOK. They have the best results against organized crime in eastern Europe.
