Sakshi is Telugu newspaper daily. It is the largest circulating Telugu daily. It was brought out in 23 multi-colored editions by Jagati Publication.It is considered as best Telugu news paper....



Sakshi Newspaper was brought out in 23 multi-colored editions (one edition per district) by Jagati Publication, of which Y. S. Bharathi reddy is the chairperson. The newspapaper as well as the news channel are run by Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, editorial director, Jagati Publications and Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's political mentor.

History

The daily newspaper was launched on March 24, 2008. It was designed by newspaper designer Mario Garcia

. The Typography was done by Sridhara Murthy Srikantham of Hyderabad. The newspaper reportedly had an initial print run of more than 11 lakhs.

Circulation

As per the Audit Bureau of Circulation circulation figures released in OCTOBER 2011 Sakshi is the second largest circulating newspaper in Andhra Pradesh with circulation figure of more than 14,53,000 copies.

As on OCTOBER 2011, its current AIR stands at 51.26lakh.

Sakshi TV

Sakshi launched a TV news channel Sakshi TV and the programs have started airing on March 1, 2009. This media group is working under the name "Indira Television".
