The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons or RACDS is a professional college established in 1965 that administers Fellowship Exams for both general and specialist dental practitioners in the Australasian region. The RACDS was established to promote high standards of postgraduate education in the dental profession, and to recognize general dental practitioners and specialists who have undertaken postgraduate training. Successful completion of college examinations may lead to Membership or Fellowship in the College (MRACDS or FRACDS) and/or may be used for licensure purposes.

Membership or Fellowship may be awarded in the following streams:

1. General Stream.

2. Special Field Streams - Endodontics, Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Periodontics, Paediatric Dentistry, Oral Medicine, Special Needs Dentistry.
