ROTH is a full-service investment banking firm servicing the small and microcap stock market. The firm is privately owned with current principals being majority owners. The core management team has been consistent for many years. ROTH's business is to offer investment banking services, including raising capital, research coverage, trading and market making, merger and acquisition advisory services, and investor conferences.

History

Since the inception of the firm in 1984, ROTH has been in the small and microcap stock markets.

In 2004, several Roth Capital Partners research analysts received top honors in the Wall Street Journal "Best on the Street Analyst Survey" and the Forbes.com/StarMine- North American Analyst Survey. In addition, the firm raised over $1.6 billion in capital and achieved a #1 ranking for both the number of PIPE transactions and the total dollars placed.

ROTH received approval from the China Securities and Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in May 2007 to open its first representative office in the country in Shanghai.

ROTH has raised over $10.6 billion for small and micro cap public companies and completed over 150 merger, acquisition and advisory assignments. ROTH received top 20 IPO aftermarket performance rankings for six consecutive years from 1994 to 1999.
