Biography
Flood received a B.A. in Systems and Management in 1983 at the City University and a PhD in Philosophy in Systems Science at the City University in 1985. In 1997 he was awarded of Doctor of Science from the Hull University for his contribution to the field of management. He resigned from Hull under a cloud following investigations into mismanagement of his department and unauthorised use of university funds.After 1985 he worked for several years in the film business in the management of Paramount Pictures, in health service for the Berkshire Area Health Authority, and at the National Opinion Polls. In 1989 he was appointed Professor at the Hull University, and later also had a parttime appointment as Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Maastricht School of Management
