Memorable Moments
- This cast adopts the first ever Road Rules dog, Menudo. They got the dog after their first mission was to find the key to the RV which was attached to the collar of a chihuahua amidst hundreds of other chihuahuas in a stadium in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico, leading to the dogs viciously biting everyone in the cast in the process of trying to find those keys.
- The cast runs alongside the Raramuri tribe of Mexico in a grueling marathon in which they have to run for miles kicking a small wooden ball.
- The cast makes a spaghetti short for a Mexican film festival.
- After the face-off with the cast of Road Rules: Down Under, Gladys confronts Abe for hooking up with Susie (of the Down Under cast) in the RV. In response, Abe repeatedly called Gladys a bitch, who then loses control of herself and physically assaults Abe as they were preparing to leave a hotel for their next destination. Although the cast largely sided with Gladys in this dispute, after they had gotten sick of Abe's behavior and the fact that he was antagonizing Gladys, Gladys was the one who sent home and she became the first Road Ruler to ever be kicked off the series. Gladys' secret pregnancy was also an undisclosed reason for her removal.
- After the fallout of Gladys and Abe, Holly later had a discussion with Abe where she firmly but not angrily pointed out his part in the debacle, without casting all the blame on him for it; Abe apologized to the group and was able to finish the season without further incidents.
- The cast completes a guerrilla-style mission to get Volkswagen beetles.
