Rick Byrd is the head coach of the Belmont University
men's basketball team. He has an overall record of 610–333 and a record at Belmont of 518-278. He led Belmont to four NCAA Division I tournaments in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2011. He is currently one of five active NCAA coaches to have 500 wins at one school. He is also one of 11 active coaches to have more than 600 career wins.
