Early career

Reshmonu released his debut album, Monumental, in 2003 under Dhanosh Records, after taking four years to complete. Among the songs in this album were Walk Away and It's You That Matters. The album earned him seven AIM

"R Records"

In 2006, Reshmonu founded Reshmonu Sdn Bhd, popularly known as "R Records", through this record, he promoted his ideology to Universal Music to work on his new album, Superfine. The album was launched in a party on 31 January 2007. Among the singles from Superfine are "Superfine" (the title track) and "The Way It Makes You Move". In mid-2007, Reshmonu joined Ikon Malaysia
