Peter C. Elco is the current Democratic
Mayor of Absecon, New Jersey. He was first elected as Mayor in 1988, and was added to the New Jersey League of Municipalities Mayors Hall of Fame in 1998. He also taught English at Holy Spirit High School in Absecon until 2006.
