The purified batches of Vero Cell Rabies Vaccine were found to contain Rc DNA within the acceptable limits. The crude concentrate material of Vero Cell Rabies Vaccine was purified by Zonal Centrifugation. These batches contained residual cellular DNA within the acceptable limits and passes the in-process quality control
tests. The final stage of production (lyophilization) is yet to be completed.
