He is survived by Three sons by Name Sharath, Santhosh and Vasanth who are very good at singing and give orchestra programmes all over karnataka.

He studied only till second standard.

He is survived by Three sons by Name Sharath, Santhosh and Vasanth who are very good at singing and give orchestra programmes all over karnataka.

He studied only till second standard. But that did not stop him from becoming a Scholar. He knew 6 languages. He was good at Kannada, English, Hindi, Tulu, Konkani.

He held positions like Chief Composer at Gubbi Veeranna Drama Company. He was an actor, music composer and a very good singer. He acted and composed the music for 'VasanthaSena'.

His student Mysore Ananthaswamy carried his tradition and also became a very good Composer.
