The remit of the society is to encourage and promote surgery as a career, with the aim of helping students to develop an interest in the field of surgery and acquire a set of skills and knowledge that will help them in their future career.

Membership

Membership to the society includes a basic and advanced suturing workshop, free or discounted entry to all the society's events and priority email advertising. There is an annual charge of £10.00 for members.
