Mörck is also a member of power metal band Amaranthe (formerly known as Avalanche). They released their debut EP, Leave Everything Behind in 2009. In early 2011 they released the first single from their upcoming self-titled debut album which is entitled Hunger.

In 2010, My Darling Dismay released a video of a song with the same title. The song is more of a rock style than his previous metal projects.

Mörck appears on the 2010 album The History of Saints by the North Carolina band Vanisher. He performs the solo for the song 'Oceans'.

Mörck also provides a guest solo for Australian power metal band Lord

Mörck has been an outspoken vegan since 2011, and has created some controversy in his home country for bad-mouthing vegetarians. His outspoken nature has created a culture war amongst factions of vegans and vegetarians alike.
