As 08/10/2007, OM Group Incorporated acquired the Electronics business of Rockwood Holdings Inc. The Rockwood Electronics businesses consist of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Chemicals, Ultra Pure Chemicals (UPC) and Photomasks.
