The song is a ballad about a man who becomes depressed and miserable after his ex-lover left him. Since the breakup he has lived his life like a zombie, he has the same routine in his life but he is not mentally the same. The narrator is speaking to his ex-lover, telling her that he still drives his pickup truck, combs his hair the same way, and uses the same cologne, but everyone around him tells him that he isn't the same guy that he used to be.Chart performance
