Located on the first floor. There are coin lockers and a season ticket counter. Transfer to the Nishitetsu Tenjin Bus Center via elevator.

In 2006 the daily average number of passengers was 140,340. The train station and the subway station together form the second biggest station in Kyūshū, after Hakata Station
