Youthanasia because he "didn't feel it was finished enough to use on the record at the time."

Hidden Treasures in 1995 and the 2004 remix/remaster of
Youthanasia and also an earlier finished version was released on the
Duke Nukem soundtrack in 1999. Rather confusingly, this version of the song was released on the 2007 remastered version of
Hidden Treasures (which otherwise follows the Japanese version's track listing), though it is incorrectly still listed as a demo. The earlier final version also appeared on 2 compilations:
