Since childhood, Ariel has shown great talent in the arts, but not in the field of singing. Artistic talent that is visible from Ariel precisely in the field of drawing. He had won several drawing competitions in Bandung. In the hobby of drawing, Ariel had aspired to become an architect. But, in the middle of his life, he found a new hobby of interest, which is playing music.
Together with Peter Pan, Ariel seeks to penetrate top cafes in Bandung. Peter Pan gives attractive stage performances plus vocal character. Ariel secretly attracted Noey (ex basisst Java Jive), who later became a producer—to enter their songs in the album compilation "The Story of 2002 Nights". The song "Perfect Dream" which was published in a compilation album that went on to become hits. and bring Peter Pan to enter the recording industry.
In 2003, Peterpan released their first studio album "Sky Garden". This album turned out to explode the market. Admittedly, one of the factors that support this album is his best-selling vocal Ariel and its ability to process the lyrics. The lyrics are made, by an admirer of Kahlil Gibran, this is very deep. Early years
Ariel's father is a civil court in the oil company Pertamina. While his mother is housewife. Because of his father's profession as a field officer, his father's work constantly moved the family. They lived in Pangkalan Brandan for few months, little Ariel and the family then moved to Langsa, a town that is in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. After staying there for seven years, Ariel's family then moved to Bandung.
