Scope

The NOI polls will be restricted to social and economics issues only. In a 2007 interview, Dr Okonjo-Iweala expressed her desire to stay away from national politics. As such NOI polls will not carry out political surveys like election

The maiden poll revealed the following about the Nigerian polity: 82% preferred democratic governance to military rule, 74% want Nigeria to remain a single entity, 42% are dissatisfied with the performance of oil companies in the Niger Delta
