In the early 2003/2004 season, NK Jedinstvo led the Bosnian Premier League, but after a series of bad results (which were attributed to bad or corrupt refereeing by the fans of Jedinstvo), they fell to the last place and were relegated.

In the 2004/2005 season, Jedinstvo played in the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
