Moments only spawned one single. The lead single was the album's sixth track "No One Mends a Broken Heart Like You". The single was released in July 1986 and peaked at #6 on the Billboard Magazine Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. In addition, the single also reached #5 on the Canadian RPM
